Cutting and punching techniques
With advanced 2D (CNC) cutting machines, unique 3D shape cutting methods, as well as punching techniques, we can shape almost any design in foam. Both for packaging purposes and certainly also for technical items, such as studded or pyramid plates and many other shapes.
Heat and gluing techniques
Using a thermoform method we developed ourselves, we can produce very advanced and foldable technical molded parts. It is also possible to laminate thermoplastics using heat. But we also have all the machines in-house for applying a self-adhesive layer or assembling parts.
