Your flexible supplier

Whether it concerns a packaging challenge, a solution within an internal production process, a technical seal, thermal or acoustic insulation, protection, damping or filtration application. UXEM likes to sit down with our customers to determine and optimize the feasibility of a design.

No design or application is too crazy for us, we are happy to think along with you. We also help at an early stage of ideation, from design to final production method.

Our production location

In our beautiful business premises on the Flevopoort IV industrial estate in Lelystad, we are involved in the production and supply of flexible polyurethane foams. This centrally located location is easily accessible from all over the country, including Belgium and Germany. We also have plenty of room here to expand and focus on the future. UXEM currently has approximately 30 employees and is characterized by a no-nonsense work culture, professional and technical approach, informal atmosphere and respect for people and the environment.

A real family business

We are a real family business. Years of knowledge, experience and preference for technology and innovation have characterized UXEM for 50 years. You can read the history of the dog basket to more than 7,000 m2 of production floor here. At UXEM, Corporate Social Responsibility is of paramount importance. UXEM likes to be at the forefront when it comes to new developments and we are innovating non-stop. Small projects from recycling coffee cups to reusing foam scraps and developing sustainable machines.

Our unique ECOfoam productie

Uniquely, UXEM has developed its own ECO polyurethane foam production. At UXEM, ECO stands for ecological (and economic). Environmentally friendly production, without the use of harmful blowing agents. We have developed a high-quality vacuum technique to make the foam rise. At least 50% of the raw materials consist of natural ingredients (bio-based) and/or recycled content. We can tailor-make our ECOfoams to any desired color, density, hardness, cell size and other properties.
