Water filters
Blue polyether filter foam is used in water filter systems, such as algae filtering in ponds and aquariums. Filter foam is produced in different cell structures and as this cell structure becomes finer, the lamellae become thinner and the surface area larger.

3D operations
An ideal technique for cutting 3D shapes from the foam using a printing mold is 3D shape cutting. Thermoforming is an ideal technique for applications as sealing and/or insulation. Flat plates with a maximum thickness of 20mm are deformed in a mold into 3D-shaped products.

Sealing
We also have different sealing materials if it needs to be waterproof and gas-tight. The most commonly used are polyethylene foam and cellular rubber. Can be cut into almost any shape.
