Bio-based ECOfoam
This foam variant contains a high percentage of bio-based raw materials and is produced without harmful blowing agents. As a result, it actively contributes to a sustainable and circular economy and a lower ecological footprint. Life cycle analysis (LCA) information is available for our ECOfoams.
Recycled ECOfoam
ECOfoam made with up to 35% recycled content. This foam variant offers a sustainable and circular solution for industries that are looking for environmentally friendly alternatives without compromising on performance. All our foam remains and foam waste are also recycled into ECO-rebonded foams.
Technical ECOfoam
Specially developed for applications with high requirements, such as flame retardancy, antistatic properties and extreme hardness. These ECOfoams can be custom-made for specific technical applications.

What is ECOfoam and what is it made of?
ECOfoam is a sustainable polyurethane foam material that is produced from recycled or biodegradable raw materials, such as vegetable raw materials or recycled content (post-consumer waste that has been processed into a basic raw material from which we can produce foam again). It is designed as an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional foam materials. The look & feel is identical to 'conventional' PU foam, as is the quality. The strength lies in the unique formula with special ingredients and the clean production technique, as well as the fact that these foams can be formulated according to customer specifications.
